Stacking & Stocking | Winter

So as you all are very much aware this winter doesn't seem to be going anywhere, and whilst I would love to be stocking up on SS15 clothes (even though I kind of am) it all seems a bit far fetched. So here's to "enjoying" the winter weather whilst it lasts. This is part of my haul for winter clothing, trying to ensure I have a versatile range of coats (as needed) and making sure there are enough jumpers, tops and turtlenecks for me to pick and mix with. Obviously footwear comprises of nothing but black boots.! From the thigh highs to the ankle boots. Literally there's nothing better for this weather. Keeping accessories to a minimum and leaving the clothes to do the talking.

Some of my posts to come will show me styling some of these pieces clearer, displaying how I'll be dressing and defo layering this winter. Keeping the colours neutral and seasonal, but playing with textures lengths and thickness/material; I wouldn't call it the essentials as such but it is definitely doing me justice.

AWOL | Life update

So I'm you know like checking on my blog and seeing that woah wait it's been almost a month since I last posted I know not cool right. Don't get bored of me yet guys, honestly I've just been hibernating. Where's Rachel been? Everywhere! Like as you can imagine balancing work and studying is already a myth and to be honest it's really hard to find someone willing to take photos, these days I'm behind the camera shooting for others. BUT ANYWAY. Long story short even in these long cold dark days I'll be back. It's so cliche to say but literally stay tuned y'all theres some goodies coming from me to you oh so very soon.

Oh side note below are some pics from a very impromptu night out, I had so much fun, let my hair down literally and even managed to win at bowling booyah.! Casual outfit as I didn't know what was planned and yeah messy hair after some hardcore games loool.

Gentlemen & Gentlemen

 

I love menswear, you may not see me designing anything as such, but I can definitely appreciate great style and love seeing a guy look good. Luckily for guys they don't usually have to do a lot to look at least decent, but some style is just a lot more noticeable than others. There's not always a lot to accessorise with so the focus is usually very much on the actual clothing. I say menswear has seriously expanded and some trends really added to what guys feel comfortable wearing. You have the likes of A$AP Rocky and Kanye setting pace for other guys out there.
Style is always 'in opinion' I had fun doing these shots and putting together these two outfits. The slideshow shows so more shots done on the day.
